While Cosplay and Tarot offers authentic card readings and energy healings (herein referred to as Reiki), with a unique entertainment twist, by law all card readings are an entertainment service only. By booking or utilizing the services offered on this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this and the following information. Please read it carefully.
You, the consumer, are solely responsible for any and all actions that you take based on information you may receive in a Card Reading, and you will be advised to make your own decisions and come to your own conclusions. Remember that part of the Cosplay and Tarot experience is improv character acting, therefore some views and behavior may not reflect the actor's personal views - for instance, if Fleur Delacour makes a stuck up comment it would be intended as a comedic character moment. The actor makes all attempt to handle the line between authentic and character-work delicately.

Reiki and many other spiritual practices, esoteric and new-age, are self-regulated by independent organizations that offer certifications in various practices, but none are officially recognized by any accredited academic institution or governmental agency. Although the American Medical Association has recognized Reiki as a complementary medicine, with clinical studies conducted by Columbia University and the National Institute of Health, and while the military is using Reiki to treat veterans with PTSD, it should not replace or interfere with conventional professional Healthcare or allopathic medical treatment. Nor should spiritual consultations or Card Readings be a substitute for institutional Healthcare. It is never advisable to disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it. If you have or suspect you may have a medical or psychological health concern, do also consult your appropriate provider.

Privacy & Safety
I value your privacy. I also very much value my own privacy. While I may discuss general trends I observe from working with clientele, the details of our conversations and readings are confidential and I will not share personal information shared with me. I do not record sessions in any form or fashion and permission is not granted to you, the client, to record our sessions in any form other than hand written notes. Please obtain informed consent before recording any non-session related interactions or character work. Please respect professional boundaries and guidelines.
I will not hold on to personal data, unless in the form of e-mail subscription if applicable, nor will I sell or share any personal data to third parties. Cancelations & Refunds
Put your appointment on your calendar and check it from time to time! Cancelations can be made up to 24 hours before the appointment date. A service charge of $5 will be required for all cancelations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are charged in full. There is no guarantee that a late arrival will receive a full session, and will also be charged in full. Rescheduling is not a possibility at this time for the online services. Familiarize, if not already, with Cosplay and Tarot's social media content before making an appointment to decide the likelihood of satisfaction in advance of making your booking. If not canceled 24 hours in advance of the appointment time, there are no refunds for any reason.
Except in the event that 'The Guide' has to cancel (please no!), in which case a new date will be scheduled and existing bookings will be offered to reschedule to this new date, or be fully refunded.
Code of Conduct
Inappropriate and/or aggressive conduct will result in the appointment ending without refund or explanation.
A session with a reader or healer (herein called "guide") - even one in cosplay - is not the place for taking out your frustrations through bullying, depreciating, or otherwise demeaning behavior toward the guide or others. A session is not the place for exploring or fantasizing over genuine criminal ideations: the appropriate authorities are required to be notified and the law supersedes the client's confidentiality in this regard. The appropriate authorities will also be contacted if there is significant reason to believe that the client has suicidal ideations. A session is not the place for romantic overtures. Cosplay is not consent.
While the guide is generally accepting of the full human emotional spectrum, the line is in even the vague vicinity of the behaviors stated above. The guide has the right to decline answering any questions deemed either inappropriate or unhelpful without being disrespected. While a reading in cosplay is meant to be a fun experience, it should also be authentic, truthful, and objective: keep that in mind as you form your questions so that you can co-create your experience. And remember; do not shoot the messenger.

Finally, bookings do not guarantee service. If you have violated a code of conduct, or make several consecutive appointments in one day without advance agreement, you will be refunded (minus $2 transaction fee), and removed from the calendar.
Equal Rights
This is an equal rights space. If you don't like that I don't want to hear about it.
That means nondiscrimination on The Basis Of Race, Color, National Origin, Sexuality, Religion, Or Age ---
Though if you're under 18 I need to see the parent at the beginning of the zoom call to ensure permission.
